Executive Director

Elaine Joseph has an extensive career history in management, marketing, promotion, and advertising. She has worked with several leading companies in the music and entertainment industry as well as major retail stores, including: Transworld Entertainment, New England Video, The Musicland Group, Compact Disc World, Blockbuster Video, and Victoria’s Secret. She is the recipient of several awards recognizing her for outstanding accomplishments, record-setting achievements, and innovative concepts. She is the long-time successful business manager of Michael Joseph Photography.



Michael Joseph is best known for his award-winning international black and white photographs. He has traveled to all 48 contiguous United States and many international cities. His work has appeared in numerous exhibitions and has been honored in many juried art shows. He was named one of the world’s top ten photographers by the 2012 Sony World Photography Organization. Michael’s photographs are held in several important private, public, and museum collections. His work is licensed to major retail outlets, and can be seen in many motion pictures, television programs, and commercials.


Sales & Marketing

Natalia Ortiz was born in Venezuela. Since 2018, home has been Pompano Beach, FL. She holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Specialization in Social Media. She has over 15 years of professional experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital Media, PR, Event Planning, and Trade Marketing for large Fortune 500 corporations. In addition, she has a Florida State Real Estate license and is partially involved in Interior Design & Home Staging.


Art Consultant

Val Abugattas is a professional art dealer with over 20 years of experience with the primary objective to develop a clear understanding of their clients’ art needs and interests. He has worked with businesses or organizations who are acquiring art for office buildings, and individuals who want to add works to their personal art collection. He is involved with negotiating the price, having works appraised, and to promote works of art to sell them to buyers. Val has an extensive background with planning and hosting events, art fair exhibits, meeting with prospective buyers on location, and involves transporting and installing art to buyers.


Art Director

Anthony graduated Cypress Lake High School Center for the Arts and received a Bachelor of Science degree in illustration from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. He possesses a highly developed eye for concept and ideas with an edge in innovation, originality, and technique. He exploits this powerful innate ability – coupled with a deep-seated knowledge of current trends in the field of illustration and design – to develop highly polished, quality work. Designing and being creative has completely woven itself into almost every aspect of his life, to a near dangerous level, and he wouldn’t want it any other way.
