Anna Paola Pizzocaro lives and works in NYC (USA). Born in Milan (Italy), she pursued and achieved an MFA in Visual Arts from Sorbonne University in Paris, France. She worked in the Post Production of cinema movies and various advertising campaigns in EU. Her interest in photography significantly increased and she graduated from ICP of NYC in 2009. Her photography work is a tale of a dream-like journey through reality and fantasy, focusing on contemporary issues related to the precarious state of the environment. Her current and past exhibition schedule with a positive feedback  counts in – just to name a few – Miami, Las Vegas, New York, Washington DC, London, Milan, Paris, , at Quirinal Palace in Rome in collaboration with the Ministry for Cultural Heritage, the Lu.C.C.A. Museum of Contemporary Art in Lucca Italy, Villa Firenze in Washington D.C. Her Catalogs are available for public Consultation at the Library of The National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington Dc, and at the New York Public Library in NYC. Since 2014 her artwork “On the other side of the mirror” is included in the famous permanent collection of the Phillips Collection Museum in Washington D.C.
