Entrance to the store is easy, using the walkway ramp (handicap accessible) that leads you up to the front porch and door. Take a moment to check out what is lingering out here, then come on in. Upon entering the foyer, you will immediately encounter some intentional awesomeness right way. From here you can make your way through the hallway and three rooms. You can browse from room to room discovering for yourself all the décor, furniture, and gift items neatly arranged for you.
Be sure to ask to visit downstairs if you are seeking weathered wood and rusted metal. This is where you can find some real buried treasures – reclamation pieces from old barns and homesteads. If “primitive and patina” are your thing, it is here you can find old barns doors, apple orchard ladders, wooden crates, lanterns, bicycles, sleds, tools, hardware, and more. The saying, “as is” applies here, all this stuff is in the original condition as to when it was “lost and found”. Oh, what fun!
These areas are closed for the time being. During previous ownership, the house had been converted to make the second floor and attic spaces into individual apartments with their own separate entrance ways. Somewhere in time, should the opportunity present itself to us and the conditions are right, we could anticipate expanding our business to these floors.
